Why We Created the Five Lens Team Framework

The Five Lens Team Development Approach
The Five Lens team development process follows a structured, repeatable approach designed to build high-performing, emotionally intelligent teams. Each step is carefully designed to deliver tangible improvements and sustainable change.
Step 1: Individual Assessment
Every team member completes the Five Lens Premium Personal Feedback Report (PFR). This Enneagram-based assessment reveals personal strengths, motivational drivers, and self-limiting beliefs. These insights form the foundation for personal growth and set the stage for meaningful team conversations.
Step 2: Team Discovery Workshop
Teams come together in a dedicated workshop to clarify vision, align strategy, and define clear roles and accountability. During this facilitated session, teams explore their current dynamics—identifying strengths, uncovering gaps, and pinpointing issues that limit effectiveness.
Step 3: Real-Play Skills Workshops
Following the Discovery Workshop, teams participate in focused, experiential workshops designed around six essential team skills:
