Designed to build a healthy, high performing team culture in which team members are skilled at dealing with – Conflict – Giving & Receiving Feedback – Building Trust – Collaborating, acting as Thinking Partners – Building & Maintaining Resilience. Our team processes are mapped to Tuckman’s team stage model and provide guidance in terms of behaviours & skills needed by team leader and team members to reach sustainable high performance.

We offer online or face-to-face training that leads to certification at both FIVE LENS Practitioners level, and Team Facilitator level.

Our Practitioner Level Training is accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) whereby ICF credentialed coaches can claim Core Competency and Resource Development hours towards their CCE hours requirement.

Certification at Practitioner Level qualifies coaches, facilitators and others to utilise, access and debrief FIVE LENS Enneagram-based Personal Feedback Reports (PFR’s) with clients.

Certification at our Team Facilitator Level enables facilitators access to our FIVE LENS team development process using team specific reports and other materials.

Team Performance Process (TPP)

Building healthy, high performing teams

Exceptional team performance rests on leaders & team members building healthy, values-based, high performing cultures enabling collaboration & performance. Sustainable change doesn’t happen as a result of a single event. Our multi-step Team Performance Process (TPP) begins with a two-day team workshop.

Using the outcomes of our Nine Essentials ‘Current Narrative Assessment’ we identify the critical action-based skills modules to support the team over a period of several months. This process builds the team’s collective learning on its journey to high performance.

Essential Team Skills

Continuing the team development journey, we offer aset of Team Skills modules that integrate individual profiles into personalised, unique learning journeys.
