Five Lens Certification

There are two levels of certification training:

Practitioner Level

Provides access to a set of Five Lens professional reports aimed at deepening awareness of individual’s behavioural patterns, specific strengths and developmental themes.

The course for this level empowers participants with the ability to debrief our Personal Feedback Reports (PFR) with individuals.

Team Facilitator Level

Learn to facilitate our game-changing team development processes.

Provides access to a range of skill development modules that can be used ‘as is’ or customised & integrated into existing development interventions for teams aimed at enabling sustainable high performance.

*Team facilitator certification is only possible after completing practitioner certification.

ICF Accredited

Our FIVE LENS Practitioner Level Certification Programme is accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation). ICF credentialed coaches can claim CCE (Continuing Coach Education) hours as follows: 7.25 hours for Core Competencies, and 16.5 hours for Resource Development.

On successful completion of the programme and certification, delegates receive a certificate that confirms their CCE hours.

Colin has co-developed research-backed Enneagram-based psychometric assessments since the mid-1990s. He is an accomplished Executive Coach, holding an ICF PCC credential since 2005 (one of the first in South Africa to achieve this). He is also an Accredited Professional with the International Enneagram Association (IEA). His professional studies and skills additionally include Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Psychology. 1. How can this be used in hiring or succession planning?

The FIVE LENS assessment has been designed for use in the people development context. This includes coaching, counselling, mentoring, and group/team development processes. It would fall into the broad category of ‘personality assessments’ that focus on the way people behave feel and think. It identifies certain behavioural patterns that may contribute or detract from a person’s overall effectiveness and can be used in situations where deepening personal and interpersonal awareness is important. It is NOT designed for selection & recruitment contexts or to assess specific skills or competencies.

2. Can reports be used at scale across departments?

Yes, absolutely. The reports are built for individual and team scaling, group analysis, and behavioural trends. Ideal for teams, departments, and org-level rollouts.

3. What support is provided after certification?

Once certified, you become part of the FIVE LENS Community and gain access to many free exclusive community continuous learning online sessions. We currently offer masterclasses and community of practice sessions. We also send out monthly articles and marketing resources for the community. Ongoing report debrief support is available from the Five Lens moderator when needed. Admin and marketing resources are available.
